The experience is built around rhythm rather than rules. Light shifts as the evening unfolds, conversation deepens, and the energy builds quietly around the table. The menu evolves with intention, guided by bold flavours, seasonal inspiration, and a shared approach to dining.

Welcome to The Bungalow Reserve, a 75-seat modern dining destination where global flavors meet Sydney soul.

Monday – Friday: 11 AM – 10 PM
Saturday – Sunday: 9 AM – 11 PM

Reservations can be made up to 90 days in advance through our integrated booking system for lunch and dinner service. Walk-ins are welcome, subject to availability. A credit card is required to secure your booking, and we kindly request cancellations by 10 PM the day prior to avoid charges.
